An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, efficient and enthusiastic Trust Central Admissions Administrator to join our MIS team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all new student applications and enquiries, as well as scheduling interviews and auditions. This will require effective liaison with students, staff and Senior Management as you will be required to attend local schools to help with admissions and liaison events. The candidate will also be required to assist with the up keep of current students’ records and files, including course choices, personal data and processing change requests. Candidates must have excellent customer service, prioritisation and organisational skills, as well as a high level of IT proficiency and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week, term time only + 1 week although we ask that they have a flexible approach to their working hours to accommodate our twilight interviewing hours. The job role will predominantly be based at Richard Taunton College in Southampton, although you will also need to be able to travel to our other Trust site at St Vincent College in Gosport.

All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Interviews will take place as and when suitable applications are received, therefore this role may close prior to the listed end date.
